About us:

Teach For Pakistan is a social enterprise offering a two-year Fellowship to outstanding
graduates and young professionals to teach in under-resourced schools in Karachi and Lahore. It is
a partner of Teach For All, a network of 32 organizations that work to reduce educational inequality
in their respective countries. Fellows receive rigorous training in the global programme Teaching As
Leadership and as Alumni become lifelong champions for educational equity in Pakistan. Teach For

The position:

Teach For Pakistan is looking to hire a Manager for its Alumni Impact team to
engage Alumni and develop Fellow Professional and Leadership knowledge. The Manager will
work closely with and report to the Director, Alumni Impact, to assist in developing a Leadership
Development Framework, ensure that fruitful partnerships are made with organisations where
Fellows aspire to work, and support the successful execution of programming and reporting
mechanisms. The Manager will constantly seek new ways to engage Alumni and nurture their
knowledge, skills and mindsets to grow as future leaders in Pakistan. The Manager will also take
responsibility to organise and facilitate sessions held by the Alumni Impact team, and design and
deliver innovative sessions that increase leadership of Fellows outside the classroom.
Key themes of work:
• Managing key partnerships with corporations and potential employers for Alumni
• Supporting Director, Alumni Impact, with Alumni vision and strategy
• Spearheading professional and leadership development programming
• Organising and facilitating Alumni Impact-related events

Your experience and skills:
• 3-5 years of work experience managing and training young professionals preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to design, lead and facilitate professional development presentations and sessions
• Team-player, experience managing key relationships and able to work with diverse range of
