Dalda Foundation has announced merit scholarship scheme for intermediate students who have passed matriculation and are studying under the affiliated colleges of Board of Intermediate Education Karachi, or any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education of Pakistan or Technical Board of any district.
Dalda Foundation providing an opportunity to deserving students who want to continue their studies at intermediate, graduate and post graduate level by awarding them merit scholarships. The scholarships are being awarded for the session 2013-14.
First year students getting education under Pre-engineering, Pre-medical, Commerce, General Sciences, Home Economics, ICS or DAE are eligible to apply. Students are eligible to apply if the source of income of candidate’s parent lies under Rs 15000, must pass the matriculation after 2012. O Level students of Cambridge can also apply.
The scholarships will be awarded purely on merit basis and candidate will have to appear in the entrance test and foundation will issue the written test schedule after the submission of application forms. After passing the written test, candidate will have an interview along with his/her parents. The scholarships can be cancelled if the candidate could not pass the next exam or may not obtain the specified marks.
Application form completed in all respect must reach at the office of Dalda Foundation till Nov 20, 2013. Forms will not be entertained after the due date. The application forms can also be downloaded from the Dalda Foundation website www.daldafoundation.org.
