Job Vacancies at Haleeb Foods Pakistan

Haleeb Foods Limited, a fast growing FMCG in the dairy sector with an annual turnover of PKR 10bn, is looking to hire honest, competent, energetic and self-motivated individuals to work at key positions in various departments of the company. Having recently gone through one of the fastest turnarounds in contemporary corporate Pakistan, we are a profitable enterprise looking to break new ground in corporate excellence.

Details of the available positions along with specific requirements thereof are given below

Group Brand Manager/ Senior Manager Marketing

Responsible for meeting sales volume, value and profitability targets for the group of brands under his charge. Also responsible for strengthening consumer KPI’s of the brands including top of mind awareness, usage/penetration, etc. The candidate should be less than 35 years of age with an MBA (Marketing) from a reputable educational institution and minimum 5 years’ work experience with a reputable FMCG entity.

Brand Manager

Responsible for meeting sales volume, value and profitability targets for the brands under his/her charge and to lead the strategic planning process for each brand based on key consumer insights. He/ She would be responsible for strengthening consumer KPI’s of the brands including “top of mind awareness” and usage/penetration etc. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree preferably in Marketing from a reputable educational institution and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with a reputable FMCG entity.

Assistant Brand Manager

Responsible to assist the relevant Brand Manager in the strategic planning process based on key consumer insights. He/She would be responsible for research, gauging consumer insights, monitoring of sales, etc. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree preferably in Marketing from a reputable educational institution and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with a reputable FMCG entity.

Regional Sales Manager (Faisalabad & Lahore)

Responsible for achieving sales targets (including volumetric, value, numeric/weighted, etc.) through effective planning and innovative channels. This position is also responsible for providing effective leadership to the regional sales team and managing/improving the regional sales distribution network. The candidate should be less than 35 years of age with an MBA from a reputable educational institution and minimum 8 years’ work experience with a reputable FMCG (multinationals preferred).

Area Sales Manager (Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar)

Responsible for achieving the specified sales volumes and other targets, consolidation and development of business, management of staff and development of distribution network within his area. The candidate should be less than 30 years of age with an MBA from a reputable educational institution and minimum 5 years’ work experience with a reputable FMCG (multinationals preferred).

Territory Sales Manager (Narowal, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Karachi, Others)

Responsible for meeting the sales targets through effective channels, maintaining a close liaison with the distributor’s sales force and shopkeepers within his territory. The candidate should be less than 28 years of age with an MBA from a reputable educational institution and minimum 2 years’ work experience with a reputable FMCG (multinationals preferred).

Manager Internal Audit

Responsible to lead the Internal Audit department. This person will conduct/supervise internal audits and reviews and give recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls across organization. The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), not more than 35 years of age, professionally trained by one of the BIG 4 firms with minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience.

Manager Financial Planning

Responsible to manage and lead the planning/budgeting team. The candidate should be a qualified CA, not more than 35 years of age, professionally trained by one of the BIG 4 firms having minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in planning roles.

Deputy Manager Financial Planning

Responsible for operations of the planning/budgeting function of the company. The candidate should be a qualified ACCA, not more than 30 years of age, professionally trained by one of the BIG 4 firms having minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in planning roles.

Manager Utilities

Responsible for seamless operation of the utilities section in order to support operations along with development and implementation of energy conservation plans. Also responsible for liaising with external stakeholders including Government authorities, as required. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor’s in Technology from a reputable institution (GIKI/NUST/UET/NED) and should also be qualified as a First Class Boiler Engineer. The candidate should be less than 35 years of age with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

Area Manager – Milk Collection (Bhowana, Arifwala)

Responsible for procurement of quality fresh milk from direct sources within the main center and overall management, maintenance and development of a milk collection area. Preferably the candidate should be Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), less than 32 years of age with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in reputable entities.

Area Executive – Milk Collection (Jhang, Dunyapur, Arifwala, Chishtian, EllahAbad)

Responsible for developing the direct sources along the allotted routes, delivering quality and quantity fresh milk while ensuring proper supervision, safeguarding & usage of company assets under his purview. Also responsible for ensuring close monitoring of sub-centers and sources. The candidate should be a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) / Bachelors of Arts /MBA less than 28 years of age. Fresh Candidates are eligible.

General Requirements:

In addition to the specific criteria mentioned above, candidates for all roles must possess the following general attributes:

• Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities i.e. strong decision making ability and responsibility seeking attitude
• Proactive, innovative and able to handle pressure
