MOL Group, a leading international oil and gas company, opens its doors for young professionals, graduates and students and continues the award-winning graduate recruitment program ’Growww’ and the international student online competition ’Freshhh’.
Starting today, students from all around the world can register for the online competition Freshhh in three-member teams. The top teams will have the opportunity to join MOL Group’s graduate program Growww and win a total of 25,000 Euros. At the same time, for graduates, more than 200 Growww positions are currently open in diverse fields as engineering, economics, IT, natural sciences, and social sciences on the group-level in 12 countries.
Pakistani graduates and young professionals can apply from March 9th to kick-start their career internationally in the oil & gas industry. MOL also calls for applications of three-member teams for its 9th international online student competition, Freshhh. Starting today, international teams from all around the world can join the online competition – www.freshhh.net – to prove themselves in oil and gas industry related tasks, developed by MOL Group. Top five teams will get the opportunity to join MOL Group’s graduate program Growww, and win a total of 25,000 Euros.

With the outstanding Growww program, MOL Group aims at securing sufficient talent pipeline to accommodate business needs. During the strategic program Growww, young professionals have real-life work experiences while participating at the Business Education Program (BEP) to learn how the oil & gas industry and MOL Group operates. Each Growwwer is supported by a senior colleague as a mentor. After finishing the program, most of the Growwwers can continue their career at MOL Group in expert, specialist or even manager positions. 80% of former Growwwers have been part of the diverse work force of the company since the program start in 2007.

Graduates from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Iraq, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia can apply for the Growww program online http://molgroup.info/growww from March 4th. 1,570 Growwwers have been recruited since 2007. In 2015 more than 200 top talents can start their career journey at MOL Group. The program will start at September 1st.
MOL Group’s program Freshhh is in line with the corporate strategy: MOL Group attracts top talents through its innovative, award-winning talent acquisition programs. During the Freshhh competition students will face various challenges: they have to build up a new oil corporation from the beginning and make decisions on research and development projects to find rich reservoirs, build a refinery for different products and find the best product portfolio to make profit. The Freshhh competition consists of three rounds; the top five teams will enter the Live Final in Budapest on May 28th and get the opportunity to start their international career journey at MOL Group.
