FieldForce is a stealth US based startup currently working on building the best-in-class analytics platform for telecom companies around the world. We have put together a solid team and are looking for people who do not hesitate to challenge the traditional way of doing things. We are developing a Cloud based solution for the telecom operators and vendors to manage their operations more efficiently. The solution will provide our customers with workflow management, workforce management and advance analytics, enabling them to increase network performance and decrease operational expense.

Product Marketing Specialist

We need someone who is a critical thinker and is comfortable in doing extensive industry research. People with exposure to technology industry and have business acumen will be preferred. The candidate must have excellent writing skills. He/she will be responsible to develop marketing collateral e.g. product brief, marketing material, client presentations etc.

Key qualifications:
An ability to communicate complex information about technology into easy-to-understand, compelling, stories.
Strong writing skills a must with an ability to create coherent, well-structured narratives.
The ability to collaborate with different people from different disciplines.
Excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work with others in an fast paced and evolving environment.
High degree of ownership and accountability.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient.
Proven problem-solving abilities with challenging deadlines and priorities.
Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously.
Able to handle multiple tasks and confidential issues/material as well as communicate effectively with senior executives

You’ll need to be an active collaborator with internal partners such as technology architect, developers, and sales personnel.
Your writing needs to make the technology understandable and the stories compelling.
You’ll regularly review work with the management team to get feedback on direction and to make sure the work is on brief and appropriate for the FieldForce brand.
You’ll write, review, and edit material that makes our technology understandable to our prospective customers, in the conversational voice of our company brand.
Work with technology team to translate technical features into meaningful customer benefits.
Explore launch messaging for FieldForce products.
Partner with UX Designers to find exciting and innovative ways to tell product stories

An undergraduate degree in humanities, social sciences or economics
