About us:
Teach For Pakistan is a social enterprise offering a two-year Fellowship to outstanding
graduates and young professionals to teach in under-resourced schools in Karachi and Lahore. It is
a partner of Teach For All, a network of 32 organizations that work to reduce educational inequality
in their respective countries. Fellows receive rigorous training in the global programme Teaching
As Leadership and as Alumni become lifelong champions for educational equity in Pakistan. Teach

The position:
Teach For Pakistan is looking to hire a Manager for the Recruitment and Selection
team, to lead the entire Recruitment and Selection process of Teach For Pakistan Fellows. The
Manager will be responsible for ensuring outstanding candidates apply to the programme, go
through a rigourous selection process and eventually are matriculated to join the Fellowship. The
Manager will be in charge of a team and must have good interpersonal skills that will also ensure
key support from partner universities across Pakistan.

Key themes of work:
• Developing national and international recruitment strategies
• Overseeing recruitment, selection and matriculation of candidates
• Ensuring that Teach For Pakistan has significant presence in target demographics
• Developing partnerships with key stakeholders and engaging university students and young
professionals
• Managing and supporting a high-performing team to meet their targets
• Supporting other Teach For Pakistan teams, particularly the Communications team in their work

Your experience and skills:
• 3-5 years of work experience in marketing, human resources, or campaign management preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
• Excellent written and outstanding verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage relationships and partnerships with top universities and corporations across
Pakistan and internationally
• A strong can-do attitude, and high levels of commitment for the work
• Team player, motivated and able to spearhead new innovative concepts
